Provisioning subscription access, routing system webhooks, and maintaining custom script up-time;
Processing automated recurring invoices, management fees, and subscription updates;

3. Absolute Client Lead Data Isolation & Confidentiality

We recognize that your dashboard holds highly competitive lead data. We do not own, store, scrape, sell, or rent the lead lists or prospect tracking notes that you process through your operational System.

DATA ISOLATION ASSURANCE: ALL PROCESS-LEVEL PROSPECT DATA RUNNING THROUGH CUSTOM SUBSCRIPTION DASHBOARDS REMAINS SOLELY WITHIN YOUR INTEGRATED INFRASTRUCTURE (YOUR GOOGLE DRIVE / YOUR GOOGLE SHEETS / YOUR CRM OUTLETS). AXIOM ZERO, LLC DOES NOT MAINTAIN CENTRALIZED ACCESS TO AGGREGATE YOUR MOTIVATED SELLER LISTS FOR OPERATIONAL REDISTRIBUTION.

4. Data Disclosure Restrictions

We will never sell your business info, configuration maps, or contact listings to third-party brokers. We disclose your collected platform parameters only under the following limited conditions:

To trusted infrastructure services (like Stripe for billing or secure host databases) solely to execute subscription services;
If strictly mandated by law, subpoena, or a binding judicial enforcement order from a court of competent jurisdiction;
To safeguard the physical safety, corporate rights, or property of Axiom Zero, LLC against severe contract breaches or legal threats.

5. Data Security Protocols

We employ administrative and structural security safeguards designed to protect access tokens, configuration hooks, and user account metadata. However, because no electronic transmission or digital storage format can be guaranteed as 100% impervious, we cannot warrant absolute security. You are solely responsible for protecting your internal access permissions, Google Workspace security parameters, and API credential scopes.

6. Policy Revisions & Subscriber Notifications

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to align with legal developments or architectural upgrades. If significant modifications are enacted, we will alert active subscribers via email or through an explicit announcement within the system portal dashboard. Continued use of the System after an update becomes active represents complete acceptance of the updated privacy guidelines.
